Murphy Law Firm is pleased to announce that Tom Murphy is the only Montana attorney to be a member of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers.
Tom was inducted into this prestigious organization in 2016.
In addition to this honor, Tom has distinguished himself by serving on the Board of Directors for the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group and is the Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation section of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association (MTLA).
About the CWCL
The College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers was first established in 2008 as a way to honor those who have distinguished themselves in the field of workers’ compensation law for 20 years or more. The College selects attorneys who possess exceptional character, integrity, and dedication to their field and profession.
In order to be invited, attorneys must stand out amongst their peers by earning the respect of the bench, displaying civility, actively seeking to resolve issues, showing studious knowledge of the law, and being a model of professionalism.
“My sincerest thanks to the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers for this invitation,” said Tom. “I’m pleased and honored to represent Montana workers. I will use this opportunity to further serve my community and Fellows.”
Congratulations to Tom on receiving this high honor!
